Frances H. Foland, 92, of Greens Fork, died Saturday, August 2, 2008, in Rose Gate Village.She was born near Hagerstown on June 27, 1916, the daughter of Charles and Bernice Worl Campbell. She lived her entire life in the Hagerstown and Greens Fork area. She was a member of Greens Fork Christian Church and a retired cook with Nettle Creek Schools. She was a member of TOPS Club #IN86 and a former member of Fairfield Cemetery Board. A recipient of the "Good Neighbor and Friend" award she also served for many years as Mrs. Clause during the Christmas season in the Greens Fork community.Frances is survived by 2 daughters, Carolyn Goins (Danny) and Janet Endsley; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Harold Campbell.She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Foland, in 1977; a brother, Lowell Campbell and a son-in-law, Robert Endsley.Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 6, in Culberson Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Pastor Matt Fagan and Pastor Mark Goins will officiate. Burial will be in Greens Fork South Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 P.M. Tuesday.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to International Disaster Emergency Service, c/o Centerville Christian Church, 111 N. Morton St., Centerville, IN 47330, or to Greens Fork Christian Church or the donor's favorite charity
