Howard was such a great man. 

Still at 94 yrs old, he wanted to be able to pick up my leaves in my yard and I, of course let him because I know that he enjoyed it and plus I think that he didnt like seeing all that mess in my yard....lol. 

We are so glad that we were able to have known Howard over these last 8 years. 

Sorry for your loss.

Roger,

I just wanted to express our sympathy to you and your family for the loss of your father.

Reading your Dad's obituary was so much like reading my Dad's. They were from the same era, were in the Armed Services during WWII, and returned to work in our manufacturing industries for the balance of their working lives, helped build our country after the war and lived longer than the average normal lives (my Dad was almost 92 when he passed away).

Although I'm sure they never met, Mom and Dad lived several years on East Graceland Heights Drive, within view of your Dad's house, before they passed away. We helped them move to Hagerstown so we could help them stay in a house and maintain their independence as long as possible, as I'm sure you Dad wanted and got to do.
