Sup Pop, I remember us watching the food channel. And fishing that one time at Scott's. You were awesome! I remember us at Christmas time alot doing stuff. Love you, Kork
Dear Pop, I love you, but you are in a better place now. I know everyone loves you, but they should know that everyone's gotta go someday. So, I hope that everyone will meet you in Heaven. Love your grandson, Kyle
Here's a little story about our dear old dad on one of our hunting trips. I was pregnant for Jensen and went hunting with dad. Dad was on the deer look-out deck (whatever you call those things) and we were sitting on five gallon buckets under some tree limbs.
While Dad was waiting patiently for a deer (like he was ever going to see one with us there), we got the giggles. Dad kept giving us the "look", which made us giggle even more.
After an hour or two, out of the blue, Dad fired off his gun. Well, being pregant, I couldn't hold my bodily functions very well. That gun fire scared me to death. I flew backwards off the five gallon bucket and totally peed my pants--all through 3 layers of clothes.
Dad laughed and laughed. I sure do miss that laugh. I'd pee my pants every day if I could bring him back. That is just one of the special memories that will never die.
Love ya,
Cindy
I hate the cold, but I always looked forward going on the almost annual hunting trip with all the girls and you. I loved getting 5 layers of clothes on, getting our picture taken with you before we left. I loved going to the truck stop for breakfast before our big outting.
You knew you weren't going to catch any deer, but you took us any way. All of us just loved being with you and we knew you weren't going to catch anything either.
I will miss those times forever. I love you Dad and I miss you more and more each day. I often think of that wonderful smile and that awesome laugh.
I will visit you often just like you wanted us to.
I love you.
Your favorite, Cindy
To the GREATEST GUY I know. I knew you touched many lives, but I never realized how many until you were gone. I loved hearing all the stories, but it breaks my heart to have to hear them now. I wish you were here to laugh with us. I want you to know that I love you more than words can say. You were the absolute best.
You were given a huge tribute and you deserved it. The town of Hagerstown will NEVER be the same and neither will our family. We miss you so much. I hope you had time to visit with your dad. I know you have a lot of catching up to do. I know he is so very proud of you just like we all are.
Miss you more each day.
Love you.

Deepest sympathies to all the Harrison family.....I know this was an untimely loss and I pray thay God will ease your trouble hearts until you all are together again.
What a great man "Nellie" was - funny too! He always had a smile! Never met anyone quite like him. He was an outstanding teacher and a true epitome of how a person should be in his community. He meant a lot to Hagerstown and will be truly missed. Nellie was always upbeat and happy and I still don't know how he managed to remember all of us "kids" like he did over the years. I'm 45, have been gone from Hagerstown for 28 years (except for occasional visits) and he still asks my Aunt Kit about me. Amazing - what a caring heart his was! Over his years of service, there must have been thousands of kids - he never forgot any of us! He truly "loved" us all and it showed.
God rest you Nellie!
Andy and the whole Harrison family. My heart goes out to you. its tough losing a parent or any other family member.I always enjoyed the time I spent with your family. I am sure he will be missed by more people than you can imagine.Take care and god bless. Linda Johnson
WOW! What an awesome video tribute. What an awesome man!
Mr. Harrison touched everyone he met, leaving a lasting impression on each one. What a great way to be remembered.

As I ponder the love that I saw in his eyes,A Godly love, given without compromise....I recall many times that he stood by my side,And prodded me on with great vigor and pride. His voice ever confident, firm and yet fair,Always speaking with patience, tenderness and care. The power and might of his hands was so sure,I knew there was nothing we couldn't endure. It's true, a few others provided insight,Yet, he laid the foundation that kept me upright. He's the grandest of men to have lived on this earth,Although he's not royal by stature or birth. He's a man of great dignity, honor and strength. His merits are noble, and of admirable length. He's far greater than all other men that I know,He's my Dad, he's my mentor, my friend and hero.
Dad,
It has been a week and it is still not easy. The little things you did and we shared remind me every day of you and how much we all loved you and miss you and what you did for us. Watched Carson get on the bus today, you would have been proud of that little guy and he is a great boy/son because of the lessons you taught us. We all, family/friends/town, owe you you a great deal. You will never be forgotten and missed greatly. Love you and we will make you proud as you made us proud. Love you.
